Job Objectives
To plan, manage, and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations, ensuring timely and cost-effective availability of materials and resources to support construction and infrastructure project execution.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with project requirements and organizational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, vendor selection, and purchase order issuance.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Evaluate and monitor vendor performance on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and service standards.
- Coordinate with project sites, stores, and accounts teams for seamless material flow and timely delivery.
- Oversee inventory management, stock planning, and warehouse operations across all locations.
- Ensure timely logistics coordination for incoming and outgoing materials and equipment.
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets, cost analysis, and MIS reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and procurement procedures.
- Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
- Forecast material requirements in collaboration with project planning and execution teams.
- Handle urgent and emergency procurement requirements efficiently and within budget.
- Maintain all purchase documentation and records accurately in ERP systems.
- Lead and manage the supply chain team to achieve operational efficiency and targets

Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech / MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCM, CPIM, or equivalent) is preferred.
Years of Experience
Minimum 5 to 10 Years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, or EPC industry
Person Requirements
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and logistics operations.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and supplier development.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement management software.
- Sound understanding of inventory control, warehouse management, and material planning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English; Malayalam preferred.
